QMS 2300 SENSOR RESET INSTRUCTIONS
TROUBLESHOOTING
NOTE: Only use this procedure when necessary such as if the
Developer Roller indicates a problem, contamination, lines etc.
1. Unscrew the three gold screws on
the side of the cartridge along with the
screw on the copper contact.
2. Carefully lift the contact and remove
the end cap. You should also remove
the white gears.
3. Remove the doctor blade by unscrewing
the screws. You should gently wipe in one
direction, or remove any obstacles.
4. Remove the developer roller by
turning the white endcap on the gear
side and lifting roller out.
5. Recovery blades should be gently
cleaned with a Q-tip without applying
pressure.
6. Clean the developer roller by
blowing it off or carefully wiping it.
NOTE: Do not use a vaccuum or touch
the smaller supply roller.
